Ingredients
  

  • 1 small apple half if big
  • 3 medium carrots
  • 1/2 beet
  • 1 small lemon
  • 1 medium cucumber
  • 4 celery sticks
  • 1/2 cup parsley
  • Fresh ginger to taste
  • 2 tsp apple cider vinegar optional

Instructions
 

  • Wash all produce thoroughly
  • Cut ingredients into juicer-friendly pieces
  • Start with softer ingredients (cucumber, parsley)
  • Follow with apple and carrots
  • Add beet pieces
  • Juice ginger and lemon last
  • Stir in apple cider vinegar if using
  • Serve immediately
