Ingredients
  

  • 4 celery stalks
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 1 cup pineapple
  • 1/2 green apple
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 knob ginger about 1 inch

Instructions
 

  • Wash all produce thoroughly
  • Cut ingredients into juicer-appropriate sizes
  • Begin with softer fruits (pineapple, lemon)
  • Follow with leafy greens (spinach)
  • Finish with harder vegetables (celery, cucumber, apple)
  • Add ginger last
  • Stir well before serving
  • Consume immediately for best results
