Instructions
Wash all produce thoroughly
Peel oranges and lemon
Trim and clean carrots
Cut celery into manageable pieces
Core apples
Begin juicing with citrus fruits
Follow with carrots and celery
Add ginger and turmeric
Strain if desired
Add coconut water and stir
Sprinkle with cayenne and black pepper
