Winter Gut Health Juice

Ingredients
  

  • 15 carrots
  • 2 apples
  • 2 oranges
  • 1 lemon
  • 4 stalks of celery
  • 1-2 inch chunk of ginger
  • Small piece fresh turmeric or 1 tsp ground
  • 1/2-1 cayenne pepper
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • Pinch of black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Wash all produce thoroughly
  • Peel oranges and lemon
  • Trim and clean carrots
  • Cut celery into manageable pieces
  • Core apples
  • Begin juicing with citrus fruits
  • Follow with carrots and celery
  • Add ginger and turmeric
  • Strain if desired
  • Add coconut water and stir
  • Sprinkle with cayenne and black pepper
